Firstly, if you eat fish you are not a vegetarian.
Fish are really smart animals, here's a link about them.

Eggs are produced in the most unhygienic and cruel conditions.

Hope that helps.

you seem determined to hurt yourself and need reasons for it so here you are;
Cholesterol in eggs, and they never got to run free or enjoy life, eating eggs is like eating stillborn fetuses.would you like it if somebody had eaten you when you were a stillborn fetus? Hmm? All those cute little fuzzy baby chickies that will never get to hatch out. most eggs never even get let out to see the sun. Eggs should be protected, not smashed into a pan or beaten! Save the Eggs, they are Innocent!!!
Mercury is in fish and can cause brain damage, especially in babies. Plus fish are concious creatures with emotions and suffer when killed, fish are just little cold blooded people with fins. Please prevent cruelty to our finny friends. The only thing worse than murdering a fish for food is using it to test makeup on, or maybe flushing it down a toilet.

Well, that depends... are you looking for moral reasons or healthy reasons?
Moral-wise, the fish are killed and the chickens are kept in small cages where they can't even turn around.
Health-wise... umm, eggs can have a lot of cholesterol. But if you are a vegetarian, you probably don't get a lot of cholesterol anyway. Fish may have mercury, I think. Fish, eggs, and chicken even are realllly healthy for you. That's why a lot of vegetarians eat chicken and fish still. So, I dunno. Morally there are reasons, but health-wise there really arent'.

fish is good for health. but when we come to eggs, take only egg-white and remove the yellow port ion of the egg. Bcos i have heard eating yellow portion of the egg is not good for health. Egg-white is good.

I'll never give up my organic milk, free range eggs and other dairy products. I just don't eat anything that has eyeballs.

Fish is good for you, don't cut it out.
Eggs are probably not necessary, if you already follow a healthy diet.
But this is the best advice I can give: everything in moderation, including moderation itself.
