The word is cannibal and yes,if the blood had not been subjected to open air for too long,you would definitely become HIV(human immunodeficiency virus) positive.This would later incubate into full blown AIDS.It's possible to spread HIV even before you have AIDS.Just cook your human meat as the virus would be destroyed by the excessive heat.I don't recommend this as it's illegal and human meat is very tough.
The only real benefit is that human protein would have the highest biological value for humans.It's much cheaper to buy whey peotein which has the highest BV for humans amongst approved foods.Just take iron and folic acid to build your own healthy blood as the idea of human blood probably won't ever catch on in the commercial market.

If you drink blood containing HIV blood I think it is very possible you could get HIV AIDS.
Drinking animal or human blood is not recommended as it contains viruses of many types besides HIV, like hepatitis, so tomato juice is a good alternative - thick and red, and contains a little vitamin C
