Outside of American foods like wings, pizza, and hors d'oeuvres, I have experienced these wonderful international cuisines:
Korean Grill: eating grilled meat sandwiched with lettuce leaves, for example.
Ethiopian community dishes: eating all types of great Ethiopian foods along with their common bread-like staple...all with your hands!
Chinese Mantou: Hold the steamed bread in one hand and eat with chopsticks in the other. A Shandong Province everyday occurrence. Add 'chain-saw chicken' to the meal, and you have something similar to American 'wings,' but a totally different flavor. But you always have mantou ready if it's too rich for you!
Congo Africa, in the bush: People in the northern part of the old Congo (to differentiate from the old Zaire, which is also called Congo now) often are tribal and eat in a community fashion as the Ethiopians do, as above. Similarly delicious!

Indian definitely. Make sure that you use only your right hand as the left one is considered dirty. Wash your hand clean before using it. And use your fingers to pick up the food and place in your mouth. Locals usually never use the palm of the hand.
At the end of a meal, use water and soap to wash your hand. Wiping on a towel (paper or linen) rather than washing is way too messy and nowhere as clean. Some restaurants give finger bowls to wash your fingers. The piece of lime floating in the bowl of hot water is used to get rid of stong odours.

Indian food, Bagladesh Food, filipino food, and a whole lot of other cultures in Asia and the West encourage eating with your hands so I am sure if you go to one of the authentic restuarants you would eat with yoru hands.

Indian and malay food can be eaten with your right hand. Make sure you wash it clean before you scoop the food off the plate and into your mouth. Enjoy! :)
