I don't know of any homeopathic treatments, but I think you might be very interested in Hulda Clark's treatments.
Diabetes
All diabetics have a common fluke parasite, Eurytrema pancreaticum, the pancreatic fluke of cattle, in their own pancreas. It seems likely that we get it from cattle, repeatedly, by eating their meat or dairy products in a raw state. It is not hard to kill with a zapper but because of its infective stages in our food supply we can immediately be reinfected.
Eurytrema will not settle and multiply in our pancreas without the presence of wood alcohol (methanol). Methanol pollution pervades our food supply -- it is found in processed food including bottled water, artificial sweetener, soda pop, baby formula and powdered drinks of all kinds including health food varieties. I presume wood alcohol is used to wash equipment used in manufacturing. If your child has diabetes, use nothing out of a can, package or bottle except regular milk, and no processed foods.

I don't know a lot about homeopathic treatment, but I am not aware of any effective treatments for diabetes. I just want to say that if you want to try diet control for mild type II diabetes (with or without any alternative treatment) and your blood glucose stays within acceptable limits (you must check it periodically, no matter how you choose to control it) then go for it, just make sure to check how you're doing, and if you cannot get it under control, please consider using medications to help, nothing improves long term prognosis for diabetes more than tight control of blood glucose.

Cinnamon helps control blood sugar levels. I don't suggest you take it alone, but I have a few diabetic family members that take that along with their diabetic meds. Talk to your doctor first about taking anything else with your meds or even starting the cinnamon alone.
