I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I am diabetic and a RN. You have already read how to die from diabetes. It sounds to me like you have let depression get hold of you. Diabetes is no picnic, but you can have a productive life and enjoy your stay on this earth. I work fulltime at a job I enjoy, I have a great husband and 3 great living kids with 8 grandchildren. I enjoy my hobbies, art, travel, and computing, writing, and photography. I am not the best dieter, but I try to do the best I can. I take 2 different insulins, 2 different oral meds, and use some herbal remedies as well. I am happy. I am looking forward to retirement so I can spend some time traveling with my husband and playing with my grandchildren. You have things to look forward to also. Sit down and make a list. Think about how your family will really feel if you commit suicide. Then act accordingly. Seek counseling and talk about this with your doctor and maybe seek help from your local mental health clinic.
God bless you.

Hi, It depends on how well or poorly you manage your diabetes. The more insulin that you take daily, the higher your risk of heart disease and kidney disease. You can talk about this with your doctor during your next scheduled appointment, or with a dietitian. My aunt lost some toes due to poor circulation, and that was "Caused" or perhaps a better word is complicated by diabetes. Then she lost kidney function, then lost her life about 2 years after that. So if you start to get gangrene, think about changing your diet or find a better doctor. Wait, it might be better to reduce medications to the bare minimum through diet changes, then avoid that whole mess? Yes there are many very old people with diabetes, and they are still healthy and managing their diabetes. Many die of old age, not kidney failure, or heart disease, just live way into their 90's and finally wear out their body. The two books that I have been reading offer tips that changing your diet can lead to stabilizing your blood sugar levels with reduced medications. I have seen it in close friends, they have reduced their medications by 50% or more. The PH Miracle for Diabetes Dr. Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes. I think in 10 years the doctors will be able to make a simple lifestyle change, and recommend a home product to treat diabetes. But until then they will keep prescribing the same drugs that can damage the liver function, and make you gain weight. While insulin does reduce the blood sugar level, it also caused the suars that had been in the blood to be removed to fat cells, making you gain weight. So by eating foods that release their sugars into the bloodstream more slowly, you get a constant fuel source from the intestines directly into the bloodstream, and a more stable blood sugar level all morning long, not a quick spike when you eat, followed by no additional sugars 2-4 hours after eating, so you feel hungry once the sugars have been changed to fats by the insulin you too inject for controling the sugars spike. Dr. Barnard recommends that you eat something like oatmeal for breakfast, with cinnamon that further retards the absorption of sugars into the intestines, and this will cause slow release of sugars all morning long, thus no need to add very much insulin, and then the spike of sugars (that is not there) will not get transformed into fat cells. Dr. Young says that by being more alkaline, then your insulin will work more effectively in your system. Following his diet suggestions also allow for a more stable and lower blood sugar levels, and also allow for reduction in insulin in many cases, so that you can avoid that road to kidney failure. On page 13 of his book, Stephan writes in that he had blood sugars over 1,000 and was in intensive care for 5 days, yet it took his daughter getting diabetes for him to look at alternative medications. Now his daughter can use less medications, and even skip a day or two, and he is using much less medications while having a more stable blood sugar level. They are both type 1 diabetics. Higher PH diet also worked with my type 2 diabetic friend. The thing he did not want to give up was cheese, but did not mind giving up soft drinks, and had given up alcohol many years ago. Good Luck to you, Happy New Year !

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/kGslS
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKOA). Don't manage your insulin, it will get too low, you'll go into a coma, your heart will stop.
