I would have to say a bar & grill, you get the best of both worlds.

Depends on the club, depends on the resturant, depends on you. At a higher-end club you can do well. At resturants like coney island where people are in and out you can do well. Or at really fancy places where people are forkin out the cash for pricey meals you can make a lot. But you need to make sure you fit the atmosphere. At coney island you gotta be fast and nice. At a club you can't be timid and need to get people to like you quickly. At a nice place you need class and manners and usually experience.

You could do well in either. Depends on your personality & skills.
Also volume & turnover is an inportant factor. Also depends on the type of establishment & clientelle.

a club because once the patrons start getting tipsy the tips start rollin' in yeah!
