My favorite is the hot breakfast. Omelet, potatoes, sausage, orange juice and lots of coffee!

Most major airlines have discontinued providing on flight full course meals. Like JetBlue for example. I agree, the preheaded dinners have ALWAYS tasted so great when flying across country. It was always moist and sealed to perfection. Part of the reason I like it was because enjoying a warm meal while 30,000 feet above sea-level brings comfort.

Ew. No, the airline food tastes horrible. Well, I go on United Airlines, and it is really disgusting. So the people saying that the airline foods taste good is probably cause they ride on different airlines

Depending on the airline, the food quality varies. I think it also depends where you travelling from and to. So far so good with the food on United, Singapore Airlines, Philippines, Thai Airways, Northwest and Continental.

well some people will eat anything when they are hungry, but i'm usually fussy, if i dont like it i wont eat it.

However, I fly KLM a lot more than other airlines, and they have the best food. Even in economy class they serve heated bread rolls, not cold from the fridge like other airlines (transat, etc). their business class service is really good, you choose from a menu and they serve on china dinnerware.

What food? If you sit in first class you'll get food.

I recently experienced a nine hour flight from Chicago to Honolulu with no food service from the airline.

I brought my own food on the airplane and it was delicious. Is that what you mean by airline food?

Airliners try and try to provide service for passengers, and all they do is complain about everything. "My food tastes nasty." "I can't eat this garbage." These are just 2 things I used to hear people say about airline food. It's a good airlines don't even serve meals anymore, this way, the passengers aren't complaining their heads off about it. I say, let'em starve on the flight! If all the passengers wanna do is complain, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD!

Well depends on which airline, I think Qantas food is inedible but British Airways food is good, and so is China Airlines. I'm talking all economy class meals.

That depends on the Airline. I went to Brazil on TAM out of Maiami that food was a lot better than domestic flights.

What food? You mean that teeny bag of pretzels or nuts? I haven't been served hot food on a plane trip in years! And now to even get a sandwich you have to pony up five bucks.

I've packed my own sandwich and munchies for at least 10 years now.
