Once you've had it, I'm sure you know its curable. But there is always the fact where the medication may take a prolonged period to fight the bacteria/virus. The most sensible thing to do is to go to your doctor, have them recommend you to OBGYN, and get thorough tests done before ingaging in sexual intercourse.
People are going to tell you, "well of course you've had it treated its gone", but people don't think to ponder if your body responds properly to the medication or not. These people have not seen these clinical cases on a regular basis to come up with such conclusions. (no offense people) The best way and THE SAFEST way is to go and have tests done.
EVEN IF YOUR HAVING PROTECTED SEX, YOUR STILL AT RISK TO GIVE THE DISEASE TO YOU PARTNER. Theres always a case where condoms break. Better safe than sorry. Thats the medical advice you would hear from someone who's knowledged in the field.

If you got the correct treatment, it should be cleared completely.
You should get retested to make sure you ARE clear, and not assume it. Chlamydia can cause huge problems for women in terms of fertility and during pregnancy.

You are unlikely to pass it on if you are on the antibiotic treatment.
I guess there is the possibility that you caught chlamydia - passed it on to your partner, got treated, then caught it again from your partner.

You should have had a repeat swab taken after the course of antibiotics to confirm treatment was successfull.
If you are not having unprotected sex then you wouldn't need to worry.

If you have been treated and you are clear of it, you can not pass it on as obviously you dont have it anymore.
you could have passed it on before you were treated though.
