people who sue mcdonaldfor being fat are kinda stupid. i mean they are basically blaming someone else for their own action.

The people who do this are stupid for sure, but if the judges would start refusing these frivolous cases this wouldn't be an issue. As far as I'm concerned, the people who cry and moan about being fat should be taken out somewhere and put out of their missery since they obviously don't have either the will power or desire to help themselves, and the judges who waste their time and our tax dollars hearing these moronic cases should be disbarred and never allowed back on the bench again.

i think that people who sue mcydys are extremly stupid because i am the owner and founder of McDonald's. So if u sue me then u should go away and not come back to mcydys. If u sue it doesnt make sense to go back to the place that u sued. why in the world would u go back to a horrible resturant like mine. Just get a life and stop being so gosh darn fat. LOSER

Wow! People really sue McDonalds for making them fat? That's ridiculous. It's the fat asses fault, not McDonald's. It is their choice of food and their responsibilty. I know someone who asked a very interesting question, "Is food an important pleasure in life, especially when you can get a life threatening disease from it?"

ANY Excuse will do for those who are too lazy to prepare at home their own HEALTHY alternative to that FAT and GREASE -- and then blame the Fast Food Place for the weight gain to PROTECT their little egos and minds....
This is done because they are UNABLE to mentally acknowledge and take the responsibility for their OWN CHOICE of eating that Fast Food.

I think that is hilarious.
Maybe they can sue saying that there were no food content and nutrition labels posted for them to see, which I heard were required in the restaurant.
It's too silly to sue because you like to super-size. Who forced them to supersize? NO ONE!! Thank you.

They should just stop over eating it's not McDonald's fault, Ronald does not sit with them putting big macs in there stomach, people need to take some personally responsibility.

I don't think McDonald's ever advertised their food as something to eat when you are on a diet and want to lose weight. Those who are suing are not taking responsibility for their own problems and they probably will lose in court.

They are idiots.....they need to take responsibility for their own actions and do something about it like change their diet and exercise.....Mcdonalds or any fast food resturant are not to blame. Yes they provide foods that are unhealthy but if you abuse any unhealthy foods Mcdonalds or not you will have weight issues.
