Uni or sea urchin roe. Yes, it may not techincally fit the sashimi catagory but there is just something about a super fresh serving of uni on rice! It is that creamy taste and texture. Next to try, raw lobster! Yes, I have an expensive taste. I enjoy my food.

I love the fat content in a good piece of Salmon, but there's something about a really fresh piece of Mackerel that just does it for me.
