i ihave high blood pressure and i still drink coffee,, i have to limit it to 3 cups a day,, and if i have soda i have to count that as my cup of coffee,,, .. you just don;t want to much caffeine as it makes your heart race,,, which makes ur pressure go up,,
you can drink tea though,,

i do not understand what you meant by real coffee ? Is there unreal coffee ? Any types of coffee if you consume too much and affect any of our sense are harmful like sense of lost ,sleepiness ,cannot think properly ....Too much meant you cannot go with it.For example no coffee for a day or so...Coffee increase blood pressure.We should not over consume any drinks ,food ,fruits or anything .A little help and too much kills.

Yes, it should be eliminated (the caffeine that is) do some taste testing you will find you can get good de-caffeinated coffee. Your health is more important than coffee.

Regular coffee has caffeine in it and anything with caffeine in it will make your heart beat faster. That is what my heart doctor has told me.
