It was going in the garbage anyways... what difference does it make, the animal was already dead and not going to be used anyways

I wouldn't fret about it. If you consider yourself a vegetarian, then I'd rethink that. Really any form of meat is already dead. If this is the way you look at things, just consider yourself aa non-veg. It's up to you want you want to eat!

If it's been awhile since you last ate meat, you might feel a little sick later. Especially of you don't eat dairy, either. Expect a bloated stomach and maybe even intestinal cramping. Your body "forgets" how to digest it if you stop eating it. Yes, the animal was dead and being wasted, and throwing it out didn't save it- but eating it didn't save it either, so it was not a "better" option, just another option... Anyway, hope you don't get too sick... ♥

Vegetarian and Vegan is what you make of it. And it depends on your reasons for being vegetarian or vegan. Because they have gelatin in them some people would consider gummy bears non vegetarian. The better question is, should you let food go to waste? However, it is really tough on a vegetarian body when meat is introduced.

That's called a freegan. You eat discarded food! From the cholesterol/heartburn angle it also would have been fine to peel the pepperoni off (feed it to the dog?).

Are you a vegan or vegetarian? If so...then it wasn't good.

Let it go and move on. But if your body is not used to eating meat and processed meat at that....then you might not feel to good later on.

Good luck

It is okay by me. But if you are a vegetarian you can't say you are anymore.

I'm not a big fan of pepperoni. It should have been canadian bacon.
