first of all, if these spikes are long....like raised from your skin this is not normal and is called HPV or genital warts the only way to get rid of the visual sign is to have them removed by your physician and or I think there are some creams that can be perscribed. HPV is a virus that you do not get rid of and they just now came out with a vaccine. About 80 percent of Americans have them and most of them dont know that they do. I hope this information is helpful to you.

From everything I've read on the subject and seen online, that sounds like HPV. These other men say it's normal, maybe that's the case seeing how HPV is very common, but that doesn't really mean it's normal.

HPV if you pass that on to your partner, there are certain kinds that cause cervical cancer and is one of the #1 causes of preventable death in women.

Go get it checked out. Also you can do a google search for HPV and do the images, see if something matches up. From what I understand they are treatable although never curable.

Dude chill out a little. While it is in this condition, stop rubbing it. When the bumps go way stop using the sheet. Just use your hand and you could always use like a Vaseline. Wash after wards. If the bumps don't go away you will need to have it checked out, to avoid possible permanent injury.

It is normal. It is a good thing you can not see your inner body parts like your heart. You may think it looks like a musical instrument and start to play with it (sorry sorry sorry). All I am trying to say is stop being so fixated on your penis and leave it alone. You are normal or at least your penis is.
