A raw food diet is generally a vegan diet - no animal products - and you only eat food which has not been heated to above 45degrees c, or 115 degrees farenheit.
We do this because our bodies were designed to eat raw food, think about it, no other animal cooks it's food, no wild animal has our diseases.
Our bodies attack cooked food with white blood cells, weakening our immune system,
no vitamins or enzymes live above 45 degrees c, cooked food is dead and our bodies treat it like poison,
and there are many more reasons why a 100% raw food diet makes people so healthy, happy and youthful.

Just make sure when eating anything raw, that it is first washed VERY well to remove all contaminants. If soap for washing fruits and vegetables isn't available in Brazil, you can buy a non-scented dish soap that would help kill disease causing bacteria on foods.

E coli contamination on raw foods is a real hazard in any country.

The first person to answer this question has told you correctly. raw is uncooked food and vegetarian is food that has no meat or people who do not eat meat.
If you are interested in trying raw food try sushi. that is raw fish, sea weed, rice, sometimes carrot and sauce.
