You have a discharge coming from your penis, burning when you pee and a terrible itch. But that can also be the same symptoms as an STD, so you need to go to the doctor and find out what you have.

I'm by no means a medical expert , but it has always been my understanding that men can only get this through sexual intercourse with female having a yeast infection , ,,,,,, that's the part I'm not sure if this is the only way a male can get it ,, the part I DO know is that it has to be treated , otherwise you just keep passing it back and forth.

i will give you my two cents for this... kindly check on your blood sugar cause diabetes can trigger yeast infections though i aint sure if it does manifest on men. if you have symptoms like burning sensation during urination, unusual discharge, etc. then go to the doctor and have it checked. it may be an indication of STD. male yeast infections can include itching of the penis in most cases.. though it doesnt really generate any discharge nor discomforts during urination.
