I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

There are all sorts of theories as to why people get diabetes. I did some research some years ago for a school project. Some of the findings were extraordinary. There was suggestion that cows milk had something to do with it, or which side of the hemisphere you live. Certainly worth the research if you google, 'What causes Diabetes?'

If you're talking about type 2, and it sounds like you are, then they develop it by not taking care of themselves. It's caused by overeating and sedentary lifestyle. Here are some ways to avoid it:
For type I and type II diabetics (and those who are overweight and could potentially become diabetic). Copy and bookmark the webpages I‘ve listed below… they are invaluable for those with diabetes and/or weight problems...
I've found a wonderful book that will help you control your diabetes and minimize or even eliminate the complications. Some folks who became diabetic due to poor diet and obesity are effectively cured by following the advice in this book. I'm a type II (inherited), but it helps all types, especially those who became diabetic due to poor eating habits. It's by an author who has really done his homework, Patrick Quillin, Phd. It's called, "The Diabetes Improvement Program". I have tried his suggestions and found them to be very helpful. I have no complications whatsoever and my blood sugar levels are quite stable. Yes, I still have to take Metformin (Glucophage) daily, but it's the minimum dosage (500mg) and I only have to take it twice a day. I have been off Metformin for as much as a week, but this was with vigorous exercise. Many, what I call, non-hereditary type IIs (those that don't have a close relative who had it) have gotten off medication completely, just with diet, exercise, and supplements. So, in some instances, it most certainly can be 'effectively' cured. Read more about it here:

The book explains what's going on in our system and what to do about it. It's really easy and inexpensive. It's basically diet, supplements, and exercise. For example, did you know that cinnamon helps blood sugar absorption? It also controls cholesterol and triglycerides. This is according to the USDA:

Nobody really knows, but you have a greater chance of getting Type 2 if you are obese.
If a parent or grandparent has it, you have a good chance of getting it. But, in some cases you may not, depending on factors like obesity.
My mother's parents both had diabetes (they were not obese). She never got it. I don't know if I will get it.

The most common trigger for juvenile diabetes is vaccinations.
This form of diabetes is not caused by diet or lack of exercise, but by the destruction of the islets that produce insulin.
