what if ur last ex or ur now bf or gf tricked you and passed u aids?but u didnt know. would u feel cheated? woud u sue. what woud u do?

i'd be pis sed..especially if they knew they had it. I don't think I could ever forgive them. I'd probably sue, at least then I'd have some way of paying for all the medical treatment I'm gonna have to endure because of this awful person. I'm not sure what I'd do if I had it right now. Try not to freak out I guess..

Answer~I'd dump their A~S~S because they CHEATED for one, two, they weren't being respectful to ME

Ummm DUH. Yes i would feel cheated. Actually I would feel more than cheated. AIDS isn't something you can just get rid of. It is a sentence to death. As a matter of fact if someone has sex w/ you knowing he or she has aids and w/ the intention of passing it on can be jailed. That is an act of murder. You could sue but no money in the world would give you your life back.

You shouldnt of got it if you wore protection,as its safe sex isnt it????There is no use sueing someone when you were as unresponsible as they have been in their life.
If I had AIDS right now i would be gettting councelling as it can disturb your health problems,and get treatments as much as i could if I needed it.
This disease isnt somethinng to go around spreading, it needs to be made aware of its safety of haveing it and useing protection

first off tahts a scary thing to think about but id probably kill him hel# if i had aids id die anyway so why not go ahead and get rid of him and in the pen no one would fu&& with me becouse of the virus

1. are you sure you got it from this person?
2. do you have proof that it was HIV/aids
3. did you have sex with someone before or after this person?
4. have you been tested?
this is what the doctor will ask you and find out if you have it or not.
how long has it been seance you have been with that one person?
you need proof that it was him/her and then you can talk to your lawyer about this.

Well.. there is not much you can do except for get treated. If the guy new about it before hand, I believe it is a crime if he did not divulge that information prior to sexual contact.

if that person knew he or she had aids and passed it to me... i would sue and feel like crap!! if i had aids i wouldnt be round passing it to everyone.
