No meat, gelatin, honey, milk, cheese, eggs.....
.....VERY extreme vegetarianism. Vegans do not eat anything that comes from an animal (even if the animal is not hurt to get that food product). Ovo-Lacto vegetarians do eat things such as honey, milk and eggs, but not meat.

Vegans are the most extreme form of vegitarianism. They don't eat meat of any kind, eggs, milk, or cheese.
They must watch their diet very carefully as this rules out large sources of calcium, Vitamin E, and the B Complex Vitamins.

In simple terms, a hardcore vegetarian. No milk, no eggs, fish, cheese, etc, etc. nothing that comes from an animal in any way whatsoever.
if they're REALLY serious about it, they also don't wear any products made from animals, and (if possible these days) use no products made from or tested on animals.
