and i dont shave so what could it be and they are not on my private just the hair in its one but they go away and always come back

It could be a simple as sweat build up or an ingrown hair in either case it is normal. But to make sure I would see a doctor

Lice down there. Std but you can buy something over the counter and put on but you will probably have to shave it all off!!

try this,avoid sleeping with your pants/underwaear for the next one month.During the day do not use very tight pants/underwear,go for extra large one's even if it protrudes.Infact the ladies love it.Secondly try use some hair shampoo for a week or so after intervals of 2 days then shave eventually.Believe me this works.

it can be crabs but it might be scabies if you have scabies then that means you dont keep it clean and so you need to talk to your doctor and start shaving it is cleanner and better! Good Luck.

You say they go and come back. Can you see them move? If so, I'd go with the lice idea. You may gots crabs.
