Hennessy has been known for many, many years as a leading manufacturer of brandy. Moet probably refers to Moet et Chandon, champagne producers merged with Hennessy. Then the Louis Vuitton comes into scene.

Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A., or LVMH, is a French company owner of several others dedicated to sell luxury goods, some of them are expensive wines.

One of their Cognac or Champagne brands might be moet hennessy; I am not aware of it. But I am sure that LVMH would not let anyone else use their very well known brand names.
