Get off your behind and away from the computer. Call your local intergroup association. Go to meetings and talk to people who live in your town.
I knew someone who tried to stay sober in internet sober chats, etc. instead of getting out.

You can always google, but as was said before get to a HUMAN meeting! Call and get a ride..strange how I could always get to a bar or the liqueur store..but just can't seem to get dressed for a meeting, and the only one I am hurting is ME!
Computers are great but as an alcoholic I need to be responsible to get off my a** and into a meeting..good luck to ya!
