Yes, that's what makes it such a perfect food.
I eat it raw with soy sauce or put it with a salad.
Very tasty and nutritious.

Yes, but prep it some way in advance like frying it in some soy sauce or BBQ sauce. Later you can eat it cold from the fridge or a lunch box. There are some good flavored tofu products out there, soyboy makes smoked and carribean flavors that taste great right out of the package.

Yes you can. However, if you have access to a large Asian grocery store, go buy the smoked tofu; if you slice it, you can put it into sandwiches and it tastes a LOT like ham. If you're vegan because you dislike meat, that will probably turn your stomach, but if (like me) you're doing this for ethics and health reasons, you'll be pleased. I eat a sandwich every day for lunch at work made with Vegenaise, lettuce, tomato, and smoked tofu slices in a pita pocket. DELICIOUS.

I also used to fry cubed extra-firm regular tofu with a lot of Cajun spices and then eat it cold on a salad... yumyum :-)

I would go for baked tofu from a health food store. It is great for cold lunches!

yes definitely... its best to buy the firm, set tofu for that. slice it up and put soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onions on it. or cube it and stick it in a salad with your usual greens and veg and have a sesame oil and balsamic dressing instead. delicious, simple and very healthy!!

You could but it would be very unpleasant. Tofu is not very tasty and it has a horrible texture in my opinion.
