Depends on the parasite. Usually, the appropriate doses of anti-parasitic medications will do the trick. for example, in cases of lung flukes (Paragonimus sp.), Praziquantal is the drug of choice to treat the infection.

What type of parasite do you have? Are you HIV positive? You need to disclose a little more info. if you need help or you can go to your search bar and type in lung parasites to find more info. Also, you can check out www.puristat.com and click onto parasites. They have a detox program for internal parasites. I currently use www.Dr.Natura.com for colonix and detox and find their product really good. Their website is also loaded with information and if you are unsure that their product could help, call their customer service - they are really great! I hope I was of some help, sorry I could't do more. Good Luck!
