A coffee and cream tequila-based shot; be sure to take the Dirty Sanchez with a finger between nose and upper lip simulating a moustache!
Scale ingredients to servings
1/3 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/3 oz Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila
1/3 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
Pour the ingredients in equal parts into a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake well, pour into shot glasses, and serve.

i dont know about any food like that but in sex its where the guy inserts his finger into a girls anus and then wipes it across his upper lip *where the mustache is*
