Any vegetarian restaurants in either northeastern Pa or Philadelphia, that make the meat substitutes fresh?

The only places I've gone to so far serve either Boca or Morningstar Farms patties, but of course they are frozen.

Have you checked out South Street? I've heard there's 1 down there,but I don't remember the name,sorry.
