Because only white and black Americans are very glutinous.

Asians are just as gluttinous as Americans! They just have better taste in food. Most All-You-Can-Eat chinese buffets only provide chinese food that white Americans will eat. That's a pretty limited selection compared to the amazing amount of Asian food there is out there. Wanna pig-out in a more Asian way? Go someplace that has better food, like a Chinese Dim Sum restaurant, or a Korean BBQ restaurant, or a Japanese noodle house. Those places are where Asian people eat when they want to stuff themselves. If there's a large Asian community where you live, ask them about these places and see if any are nearby. If there aren't many Asians nearby, you might be out of luck, cause they are probably eating everything at home. Better food there than at the Anglo-Chinese buffett!!!

restaurants in general make food that compliment the taste buds of a particular group. The chinese buffet is not real chinese. The flavors are completely different. For example, McDonalds is known worldwide but the recipes are not the same everywhere since different countries have different tastes or likes on the average

just for a very obvious reason. asian people can cook chinese food compared to the people who live in the U.S & to some other western countries. for them if they eat in a chinese buffet the foods are already common & they can prepare it at home.

Well.. there are couple of reasons;
- the taste or flavor of the food is changed to suit the palate of the Westerners.
- in many Asian countries, people cook more at home than eat out.
- in their own countries thay do eat out as they get authentic food which they are used to and not a sweet non-spicy version.
- many asians (India, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, etc.) indulge a lot in street foods in their countries, which is not found in western countires.
- eating out in asian restaraunts in western countries for an asian is a waste of money and time as they do not feel satisfied by the taste.

I will guess that you don't come from Asia.....
if you have been to Asia, perhaps you will realise that the Chinese Food in Western countries are pretty much different from in Asian countries....

Perhaps one of these days, you can travel to Asia to have a taste of the food.....Anyway, in my country (Asia) I hardly see westerners in chinese buffet.....

Hey, food is food - regardless of who's cooking it. Would it really matter at the end of the day wether a group of customers based on their skin color/race attends the place or not??? Since when do we racialize foods anyway? Get bent.

Funny you asked, but I don't see them much at any restaurant. Maybe they're more eat at home type folks.
