Located in the beautiful Adirondack mountains...61/2 hours from DC...4 hrs from NYC...(worth the extra half hour!)
Saratoga Springs NY is wonderful...4 seasons of fun...Has the small town flair but large enough to be home to a great hospital, very old, historical horse race track, the gideon putnam hotel, a performing arts center, Saratoga Lake with both summer and winter activiies, a casino, successful school district, skidmore college, only 30 minutes away from skiing, Lake George (another great tourist spot), 30 minutes from Albany, 30 minutes from Vermont, 2 hours from Montreal and Lake Placid...

Hockessin, DE - Rated one of the best cities by Money mag. NO state sales tax. Excellent schools. 1 hour from Philly or Baltimore, 2 hours to DC, 3 hours from NYC, 1-3 hours to the Jersey/Delaware shore. Atlantic City is about 2 hous away. A.I DuPont Children's Hospitals is one of the most respected in the world, plus Christiana Hospital is very well respected. Plus, you have access to Philadelpha hospitals (Hosptial of University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson, Hahneman, Temple, etc)
The city is out of the way of the city life, but close enough to all the necessities.

I love Connecticut. Especially right now with the change of weather it is absolutely beautiful. It is close to NYC and Boston. About 5-6 hour drive to D.C. depending on where in CT you are!

waynesboro Va, about 3 hours from dc.They housing is very affordable, the people are nice, charlottesville is only 30 min away,That is where in my opinion the best hospital in the world is, the hospital in fishersville is good as well(5-15 min away depending where you live in waynesboro) minutes from the blue ridge parkway, skyline drive, and the Appalachian trail. Great hunting, fishing and camping( if you like that) alot of historic sites. and many many more good things. if you want more info or any particular questions feel free to send me an e-mail

Anywhere in Delaware. 3 hours from DC on I-95.
I lived in Newark and Wilmington. I'm a big city type, and I hated living there. But if you would like a small town, it would be perfect.
