Japanese... I LOVE SUSHI !!! I eat so much sushi that I'm starting to look like raw fish! :-/

My favorite food is the french cuisine.Fresh vegetables,good wines,excellent seafood,spices and herbs from you own garden.There is no equal to french food exept maybe some Italian dishes,Turkish and Tunesian cuisine,and Spanish and Portugese.French cuisine is more refined when it is vey good.The french would never mess up the ingredients.Cooking is their favorite subject.Some countries are just not very lucky in terms of the availability of fresh ingredients and a real cooking tradition.This cannot be said of Indonesia,Thailand or Japan.Their traditions have a lot to offer.But the thing I always miss is a good french burgundy that has the right temperature to go along with the lobster and the french homemade mayonnaise.That is if you really want to spoil yourself.It does not even have to be a fancy wine.My problem is just that some people don't know what to serve with what.

Favourite food, eh? Definetely not hardcore Canadian stuff but I would say I am so a big fan of South Asian dishes, like Indian. I am Indian to go with that, but still I like Indian food. And to add Mexican food would be second best. :D

It would have to be Italian hands down. Especially my great grandma's homemade lasagna a spagetti sauce!! family traditions are always the best

I love ethiopian food. It is spicy and soaked up with their traditional bread. I really like the beef tibs. They also make some awesome vegan dishes.
