I got hit one year and it was very cute, I have moved and wanted to start it in my new neighborhood this halloween

Phantom Ghost
Gather the family for some creative fun...making these ghastly party favors is a scream!
Prep time: 15 min.
Difficulty: Easy
What you'll need:
* 4 bags of your favorite Masterfoods USA candies
* Black permanent marker
* Clear cellophane
* Empty one-gallon plastic milk container
* Double-sided tape
* White ribbon
* White balloon
What to do:
1.
Draw a ghost face on the balloon with a black permanent marker.
2.
Cut a large hole (big enough for hands) in the front side of the milk container.
3.
Secure the balloon on top of the milk container with double-sided tape.
4.
Cover the balloon and milk container with clear cellophane and secure with double-sided tape.
5.
Tie a white ribbon around the neck of the Phantom Ghost.
6.
Fill Phantom Ghost with an assortment of your favorite Masterfoods USA candies.
7.
Surprise a friend by leaving the Phantom Ghost on his or her doorstep. Click here for the Phantom Ghost poem and full directions.
Makes 1 phantom ghost.
"Good Evening"
This is the time for goblins and bats,
Halloween spirits and ghosts and cats.
Weird happenings and witches brew,
These are the things I wish for you!
May the only spirit you chance to meet
Be the spirit of love and warm friends sweet.
May the only goblin that comes your way
Be the NEIGHBORHOOD PHANTOM,
Whom you'll want to give away.
So by tomorrow, pick three friends sweet
And give them all a Halloween treat.
You only have one day, so hurry!!!
Leave the treat on the doorstep and
Flee in a hurry.
Now these are the things you'll need to do:
1. Make three copies of this letter and the Phantom Ghost.
2. Post the Phantom Ghost on your door until Halloween. This will ward off the Phantom Ghost from returning to haunt you and yours.
3. Take your letter and Phantom Ghost and deliver them to three homes that do not have the Phantom Ghost posted.

Draw a free form ghost (Phantom) on a sheet of white card stock. Add eyes and a squiggly mouth with black magic marker. Cut out. On another sheet of paper print the following poem and decorate with halloween stickers:
The Phantom haunts you happily from now through Halloween,
and was delivered by a friend who (hopefully) was not seen.
The spirit of the neighborhood has come to wish you well,
someone, somewhere, selected you to receive this happy spell.
You must display the Phantom on your door so all can spy
that you?re already haunted by this happy little guy.
Then fix 3 sacks with goodies like the one given to you,
ring someone?s bell and leave a bag and make them happy, too!
Happy Halloween!
Fill the gift bag with Halloween goodies such as pencils, silly putty, candy, juice boxes, candles, homemade pumpkin bread, or a seasonal dish towel. Put the Phantom and the poem in the goody bag, ring someone's doorbell and run!

It called, "You've just been Boo'ed". Target is selling the kit in their candy section.
