You need a well equipped kitchen, very high heat stove...! Here is a good website for Chinese food recipes.

If you go to an Asian supermarket, (and sometimes regular supermarkets- check the Asian food aisle) you can get those packet mixes to make some Chinese dishes, like lemon chicken or broccoli beef, or chop suey.

Hire a chinese chef, lol, don`t know. There are things you can buy at the store, but how authentic that`ll be....no telling!

simply use a lot of msg,chicken powder,oyster sauce and baking soda to soften meats! no good!
