Is there such thing as white chocolate powder?

Question

I want to make a 3 layer cake with, white, milk and plain chocolate. Obviously for the plain chocolate cake, you just cocoa powder, but can you get milk and white chocolate powder?

If the answer is no, how do I do it? Also it is a vegetarian cake. No eggs and no gelatine!!

no is the answer there's no such thing as white cocoa powder. If you want to make a cake with white milk and plain chocolate use the chocolate and melt it .. As for no eggs your going to find it very hard to get a good receipe with no eggs..try a Madeira receipe add a tsp of baking powder omit the eggs and replace it with milk.... hope it works well for you.

my dad puts white chocolate powder in his coffee, but i'm not sure if it is vegetarian. i believe he gets it from ghirardelli.
