i saw turkeys for vegetarians on sale for Thanksgiving, they were made of soy meat.
If fried, soy meat tastes just like meat. I don't even like it because of that.

Boca makes a great vegetarian line, as does Morning Star Farms. There are many, many options and I have seen both of these in the freezer section at the grocery store (in patty form).

I thought vegetarian meant NO MEAT. That includes chicken. I'm sure there is some artificial "chicken patties" out there made up of some sort of soy product. Chicken is meat so it can't be vegetarian.

i'm confused as to why everyone else is confused - obviously you meant fake chicken, not real chicken. anyway, check in the produce section of your grocery store. they have a lto of stuff like this. never heard of vegetarian fried chicken though.

Quorn makes something that looks like chicken breast. It is vegetarian (not vegan, it has a little egg). I have also heard of TVP that comes in bigger cuts to be used like meat strips.

Vegatarians do not eat meat. You might be able to find a soya version of this type of meal. Check Linda McCartney range of foods.

Yes..Loma Linda products...They also have fake bacons, burgers, etc. They usually found in the frozen food section of the grocery store..Morning star is one of their brand name.They probaby also have a website you can order from.
