White Papules on the Thigh...Do all people have it?

I have some kind of pores on my thigh, most of them are skin color and few are white. No irritation. What can they be? I got a massage recently with a happy ending. Any thing related to it?

not all people yerah it could of been the oil or they had somethig onther hands

Sounds kinda like the massage may have gotten some oil in your pours (maybe).
