listen to me missy. I don't think its possible its possible to caught an infection from dry blood or semen on clothing UNLESS you touch it and put it near your mouth or open wounds. I wouldn't worry, just wash the blood or semen off the clothing and be happy. x

It is possible to catch an infection if someone's semen touches your clothes.Someone's dry blood,however,cannot infect you because it has lost its bacteria.
