It is possible, just not likely. Just like its possible to cause a fire if you're talking on your cell phone while filling your car up with gas, or getting in and out of your car while filling up on gas. Possible, just not likely.
You're more likely to get a bad cold, maybe even mono. I'd say the STD you stand the greatest chance of getting by sharing a water bottle would be oral herpes (which once you get, you have for forever). Most people have oral herpes (simplex B I think).
So, if you're concerned about germs don't share your water bottle. It's almost flu season anyway.

It depends what you do with it... If you insert the stem of the bottle inside your anal passage and then a friend drinks from the same bottle he could get AIDS, Herpes or any other STD that is residing up there!

no your being a hypochondriac. i wouldnt worry approximately it. its iciness. theres all varieties of bugs going around and everybody has there days the place they sense good and undesirable. dont rigidity or you extremely will make your self ill.
