We are serving coffee and cappucino but would also like another drink outside of wine that does with the theme.

Just mix sparkling mineral water, or soda water, with grape juice & peach juice or puree.

Non alcoholic bellini.

Actually that sounds like it might be nice, just made it up to answer this question, must try it some time.

A true Bellini is prosecco (italian sparkling wine) with white peach puree and was invented at Harrys Bar in Venice so you won'tget any more venetian than that as a non alcoholic drink

Do Italian sodas! They are really easy and taste SO good. The main ingredients are soda water and ice. You'll need some flavored syrups (you can get at the grocery store on the coffee isle) and some cream.

Fill a glass with ice. Pour a small amount (about a shot) of the chosen syrup (vanilla, raspberry, etc..) into the glass. Fill glass with soda water until almost full, and then add a splash of cream.

Throw in a straw, stir slightly, and you're good to go! You can set it up as a "do it yourself" station and people can have fun creating their own flavors.

Sounds like a great party! Have fun, and enjoy!

I would serve "mock" champagne punch. I served this at my wedding reception - because the church didn't allow alcohol - and it was beautiful, sparkling and you really couldn't tell it wasn't champagne.

Mix ice cold apple juice and ice cold sparkling gingerale in a punch bowl. You can float an ice ring that has been made of distilled water with whole strawberries frozen in it. It really is a simple and elegant punch.
