I already know about the Mambo Sprouts coupon program--http://www.mambosprouts.com--but how else can you eat healthy spending the least amount of money? I'd love to trade tips.

You can order bulk grains over the internet - like a 25 pound bag of organic rice from Lundbergh Farms.

Also, Bob's Red Mill has a wide variety of whole grains to order.

For produce, if you have a Costco in your neighborhood, they usually have nice discounts on bulk produce.

Local Farmer's markets often offer great deals. Sometimes there are produce coops.

Join a local Natrual/Organic CO-OP. It takes some planning & you have to work with the group but saves lots of money.

if you have a trader joes near you i would highly suggest going!! almost everything there is organic or soy. it seriously is the cheapest grocery store for all the products they carry.

Buy fresh produce rather than packaged/frozen meals. Also, buy non-perishable foods in bulk.

to me there is nothing better than to grow your own veggies if possible that way you know what you put on them that's my opinion
