Tripe is a meat substance so I'm not sure why you're asking it in the Veggie section. However I do hear that it's pretty good, not that I've tried it

if its beef tripe,no it is not good,if you mean tree ripe this is designated for fruit that is left on the tree to ripen an extra 3-5 days, making riper, sweeter, and more expensive then fruit normally found in the market

Generally speaking, organ meat( heart, kidneys, liver, stomach, etc.) are not the best things for you to eat, but they can be very tasty when prepared well.
