No matter WHO you're talking to or when, a good rule of thumb is to ask about them. Most people love to talk about themselves!!
Ask about pets, music, sports, childhood memories, cities they've lived in---use your imagination!

It all depends on the girl - pretty safe topic would be movies, TV and music. Some like to talk about video games, books, shopping, parties. Just ask a few leading questions - and you can usually figure it out from there - for instance "What's your favorite all time movie? Seen any good movies lately? Do you like to go to the mall? Whatcha doing right now?"

Well the first thing that u shud do is to compliment her on nething or everything that comes to your mind...next it depends on what kinda gurl u r talking to..like what things she likes and what she does not...possibilities are that she would do more talking than u and u will only end up answering or responding to whatever SHE is saying....Dont worry man pick up the phone and dial her...its like stepping into the pool and all of a sudden u realise that u know swimming ... :-)))
