i have branches blocking..... a complete one in the left and a middle block in the right, i'd like to know if i can continue with my exercises and playing games.

well your cadiologist can consider a stenting or a bypass before you exercise. It is not advisable to do so with blocked vessels in the heart since you can precipitate a heart attack, good luck

left bundle branch block is a nerve conduction deficit in the heart.
It has little or nothing to do with the circulation capabilities of the heart itself, rather with the regularity of it's ability to beat. Most people with such conduction irregularities over time end up with pacemakers. You definitely need to discuss this with your cardiologist as he would be best informed as to the extent of nerve blocks and whether or not you can safely exercise.

Your doctor is the one who should be advising you on this. I hope you are getting some kind of treatment for this condition, as well.
