Can someone tell me how or whom do I talk to to get some?
Please, I really need to get on meds. My doc left me high and dry and I don't think he even knew what problems I was having. As he was telling me he was dismissing me the nurse walked in with my file which had the 5 hr glucose test my eye doc ordered. In one hour I was at 318 in blood sugar. I waited since Monday to see him. He just got back from somewhere. I had a tough time with his staff and I was persistant and demanded to be seen and demanded referrals to the endocrinologist and the podiatrist. The staff felt I went over his head. I feel I did what I had to. My foot hurts so bad I walked with an unsteady gait, yet he asked me nothing of it. I wish him well and myself a much better doctor. I now have these appt.'s but still no meds~

First, control your diet. How would it be living blind, or loose a major organ?

It's serious. No carbos. Lots of steamed veggies. Much less fat from meats and fried foods.

You can loose your legs. Is that not serious. Go to another Doctor.
OK?

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

First I would like to say how sorry I am that you are going through this.

You don't necessarily need an endocrinologist; however, having one is all the better. Any Internal Medicine physician can treat your diabetes effectively. Call your local hospital obtain a list of Intermed physicians and make the calls yourself or you can go online to webmd and there is a tab for finding a physician who can help you.

Another option is a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant. They have also been trained in diabetes management. They are less expensive and are usually more friendly.

I wish the best of luck in your endevor to better health.

If I were you and my blood sugar was that high and I had no meds. I would go to the nearest emergency room. Its hard for me to even try to understand why your doctor or a nurse at that office didn't take immediate action when your blood sugar read 318. Please get some help right away even if you have to go to an emergency room at a hospital to get the help you need. This is very serious.

If you are still feeling really ill, you need medication now, not later. The fastest way to get help is to go to the emergency room. They are required to treat you, even if you don't have insurance. I know you don't want the added expense of that, but your health and your life are more important than anything else. The doctors and nurses in the ER will refer you to a doctor who cares about people and who has a staff that cares too.

I'm sorry you got stuck with such a jerk for a physician. There are many kind, caring doctors out there, and you certainly deserve one!

If you don't feel like you need to go to the ER, call your local hospital and ask for their physician referral service. I have used the one at my local hospital two or three times before, and I've found it to be very helpful.

Please take care of yourself. I am worried about your health.

if your blood sugar is 318 the best thing you can do is to go to the nearest er and tell them you need meds NOW then after what they do tell them you cannot afford the meds and will they please refer you to some clinic that can help you out. then tell them (if they hadnt already noticed) that your foot hurts really bad and you walk with a very pronounced unsteady gait. tell the people at the er you must see an endocrinologist NOW to get your blood sugar under control or you just may get very sick or go comatose on them. and tell them the Dr. who would not see you when you needed him and you dont want to see him in the er either!

You have got to find yourself a new doc. honey .. 318 is nothing to play with, you can buy a blood sugar meter at the local drug store or walmart. You can get them as cheap as 20 bucks . You should check your sugar and watch your levels. Also, you can go to your local er and tell them you think your having sugar problems. They will do testing right there and if you need ( and it sounds like you do )they will start you on an insulin drip .

First since you don't have any medication, you need to call your local health office which is run by state governments and see what kind of help they can give you, usually you can get your medication at little or no cost, if you don't know how to contact your local health office, then call a pharmacy and ask them who you can call in your area to help you get your medicine, second you need to call th AMA (American Medical Association) and report you doctor because it sounds like he did absolutely nothing at all to help you, they also might be able to advise you who in your area can help you get your medicine.

I really don't want to see you go to the emergency room so you need to start checking in you area for people that can help you, also try the American Diabetes Association.

well the medicine you said you were on is a pain pill, and a pill to stop spasams like epilepsy, which i cant imagine what you have those for, any decent doctor will get you on blood sugar meds, just call around for a good doctor, or look in the phone book for one that specializes in diabetes, once your diabetes is treated your foot may calm down.

Call the doctors offices that you have appointments with, they will have your file and might be able to get you prescriptions for your meds.
