Thats the link to mcdonalds ingredients. Vegans and Vegetarians beware. Comments? Questions? After doing some research I found that they were sued by people after discovering that their was beef product on the fries. Now they have to list the ingredients of all their products so that people will know.

Yes indeed, I did some searching a while ago and found out that they do marinate them in some sort of beef broth...however Burger King doesn't ...still I don't eat fries from fast foods 'cause they use the same oil to fry nuggets and fish. This link is very helpful when it comes to this subject...

That's not true in Australia. I worked for McDonalds for 5 and a half years, their current fries are cooked in a blend of canola and vegetable oils and the only thing that is added is salt once they're out.
They did however about 3 years ago (and before) get cooked in a mixture of 92% Beef tallow (which to my knowledge was beef fat) and 8% Canola Oil.
Now though, Australian McDonalds fries are completely 100% animal free! They are not cooked in or contain anything that came from an animal!

Where do I sign up for the class action lawsuit? This type of false advertising (or lack of) needs to be punished, as the employees deny it when the customers ask! Somebody get a Lawyer & let's go to work on their "Clowning Around" with the public! That just sucks, BIGTIME!

I would'nt want to eat fat food now anyways, but don't all fast food places fry their fries in the same oil as the chicken nuggets, chicken pattie or whatever which would mean they have the grease from the meats on them anyways?

I was aware of that , however thats only in Canada and the States. Some other contries don't have beef as an ingredient... odd but true.

I read that in Fast Food Nation. Anyone know if Burger King does that too?

Weird. I thought they changed that and there was a whole uproar about it because everyone started saying that the new fries sucked.
