Nutrition wouldn't really help you cure gonorrhea.
If you have gonorrhea, you really need to see a doctor and get some antibiotics. Antibiotics will cure and get rid of the bacteria.
It's important that you do this because bacterial STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis can cause a person to become infertile or sterile if left untreated. Good luck!

You need antibiotics. Do not count on nutrition at this point to make you well.
If you, or someone you know, has gonorrhea, you need to go to a doctor to get antibiotics. Period.
In the long haul, gonorrhea can turn into PID, which can render a woman sterile.
