So I've heard, but I'm not going to tell you to go out and get a bag post haste. I loved the bagged spinach and lettuce mixes so much. I guess we are supposed to wash the stuff even though it says it's ready to eat, but then they said washing would make the spinach safe, so I don't know.

I had a vegetaran pizza the other night and it had spinach on it and at first I was leary and took small bites and waited to see if I was going to get sick and then I finished that piece and waited and nothing ever happened, I didn't get sick but I was a bit leary at first....I just won't buy packaged spinach anymore, fresh is fine.

Spinach is very good for health. It is full of Vitamin A, C and Iron. If possible you make a habit to include it in your food daily. By this your constipation and the allied problems, acne, Piles, etc. will be solved. thanks for asking.

They said E. Coli dies with heat, so I'm thinkin about starting to eat them again if it's cooked. I miss my spinach and feta quiche...

Yeah - of course!

I've eaten spinach for as long as I've known.
It's comes in frozen packs at the supermarket. We cook it in a pot with garlic and onion. It tastes great.

Eat all the spinach you want! -It's good for you!

Spinach is in.

Lettuce is out.

It seems there's a taint amongst the greenery from the garden!
