Cold sores are on the lips and mouth area, not inside.
It's possible you may have canker sores. Canker sores develop inside the mouth, while cold sores and impetigo usually affect the area around the outside of the mouth.

Generally cold sores occur on your mouth, sometimes your nostrils and sometimes your chin. They are highly contagious, and you should use hydrogen peroxide 3% solution with cotton balls to the cold sore and hold it on for a minute, repeat. Do not kiss anyone while having cold sore on mouth, or have oral sex, or put your cold sore on someone's body, if you do, they will get it, and they will keep getting it. Cold sores on the mouth are called Herpes Simplex 1, if however you get the sores in your genital region, that is called Herpes Simplex 2. Now it is possible to transmit your coldsore Herpes Simplex 1, to someone else's genital region, and then they will have genital herpes, eventhough it is from Herpes Simplex 1. It is also possible to get Herpes Simplex 2, on your mouth, if you perform oral sex on someone who has genital herpes. This can spread too genital herpes, Herpes Simplex 2, in fact they have medication in pill form for it to minimize the pain, however once you have herpes simplex 1 or 2, you are stuck with them for the rest of your life. If the cold sore on your mouth goes away, then you are in the clear, you can kiss and do what you usually do. Whenever, I get a cold sore I use teh hydrogen peroxide 3% solution, here one litre of that costs like 1-2 dollars, very cheap.
People often get genital herpes from their partners, when the genital herpes are invisible. Precaustions should always be taken for sexual intercourse if someone has genital herpes, even if they are not visible, since they are there.
Note: After touching a cold sore or genital herpes, it is important to wash your hands with soap. Myself, I do that, and as well I wash anything that touched my coldsore=clothing, bed linen, comforter, towel, etc.
Now for your second question, tiny white blisters on your gums. Well I am not totally sure about that, but I suspect it is a form of infection of the gums, so you should go see your dentist for his advice and treatment. Mermaid199

No the things in your mouth are canker sores. Cold sores mostly happen on your lips and chin, but they can appear anywhere on you face. Treat them with Vaseline everyday for a week or until they go away.

chilly sores are a sort of herpes. recover from it. like genital herpes breakouts incorporate a under pressure out immune gadget. my mom gets chilly sores, i'm getting chilly sores, my daughter gets chilly sores. they're going to come out once you're under pressure, ill, and as ive gotten older ive observed that if my lips get chapped, or bumped, i'd desire to handle them with any otc preventive concern, then its much less possibly ill get one.

Some might be zits but they can turn into cold sores. I suggest using some cold sore meds to get rid of them.
Oh, and another thing (if you didn't know already), cold sores = oral herpes.

Those could be cold sores, I have heard they can also get in the eyes if you were to accidentally get the spores(or whatever they are) in your eyes... that sounds like a nightmare!

Sounds like it is likely to be an outbreak of Herpes. Go have a doctor look at it, and find out what it is.
