Most men with trichomoniasis do not have signs or symptoms; however, some men may temporarily have an irritation inside the penis, mild discharge, or slight burning after urination or ejaculation.

There are none. You have to go to the doctor and tell them that your partner has it and then they will treat you for it. Men usually carry the parasite for a long time passing it on and totally unaware that they are passing it on or that they even have it. So go get checked out, take the flagyl they are gonna give you and cover it up. On extremely rare occasions men may have a discharge, but that's very rare.
