Just put healthy things that you like in the salad. For example fruit.

There are a LOT of vegetables out there and most of them can be cooked if you really can't stand salads. Carrots, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach all work well raw in salads but are also good lightly steamed (with a squeeze of lemon or splash of soy sauce --Tamari -- for extra flavor).
There are other kinds of salads too, like cooked (brown wholegrain, much tastier than white) rice, cooled and mixed with shrimp (or tofu if you're not eating any fish either), some raw veggies (tomato, celery, green, yellow and red peppers -- not the hot cayenne kind) and a nice vinegarette dressing. Or cold (cooked) pasta salads, potato salad, egg salad, tuna salad. Add chunks of cheese or hard boiled egg slices.
I hope, however, you can overcome your aversion to raw green salads! There are many kinds of lettuce -- iceberg, leaf, red or green oak leaf, lamb's ear, rucola (aka rockette, very trendy now) and mixed up, they can be very tasty.
Once you move away from meat as the center of the meal thinking, the sky really is the limit! Experiment! Have fun!
Good luck!

Why do you want to be a vegetarian if you don't like salad?
Maybe you can just eat everything you eat now minus the meat and make sure you eat beans and dairy products.

I'm not a vegetarian, but re making yourself like salads... Don't eat anything you don't like. If you like fresh veggies, seafood, chicken, fish, steak/beef, fruit, or pasta, try experimenting or asking for recipes. I love pasta salads - and you're only limited by your imagination as to what you can create with ingredients you like. A salad is not limited to lettuce and tomatoes.
