pineapples ( ananas) , bananas and oranges do wonders... when i feel that my face is not that good and looks tired , eat pineapple and when u wake up the next morning u'll find difference. and there was a time when i used to drink a glass of orange juice everyday morning when i wake up...my skin became so soft ,glowing , and clear, and pimples were disappearing. My mother always eats bananas ...and her skin is very good . but i don't like bananas alot.Oranges have been the best with me until now

You can eat too much fruit just like you can eat too much of anything. Moreover, fruit in particular can give you bad stomach issues. Focus on the caloric intake if you are trying to lose weight. If you are really hungry, try drinking water to fill yourself up. Chewing gum can also help. My rule of thumb is to drink a big glass of water when I'm hungry and then wait half an hour. If I'm still hungry, I'll have a fruit pop ( the Edy's strawberry ones are 80cal and truly a treat) or some low-cal popcorn.

Onions and garlic are wonderful de-tox foods. Waterey fruits and veggies will help to hydrate you, which helps give a clear complexion. Citrus fruits are good astringents too. Eating plenty of fibre (jacket potatoes, pulpy fruits, the odd glass of prune-juice) helps your digestive system flush itself out, which helps give a good complexion too. If you can cut down on bread, coffee and pasta for a bit, this should help too, as the digestive system can get clogged up when we eat too much of one type of food, and wheat products tend to be the staple of most people's diets in the West. As with most things in life, balance is the key.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, organic lettuce: iceberg, romain, and spring mix.
Green beans, squash, sweet peas, artchokes, brussels sprouts, apples, bananas, pears, and pineapples keep my skin clear.
So does washing it 3 times a day and protecting it from the sun.
Happy eating!

Orange/yellow fruits and vegetables are high in carotene, which your body will convert to vitamin A (of which Accutane is a form) as necessary.
Vitamin E also seems to help, but unless you *really* love almonds, you might be just as well getting it in a supplement.
