++ Easy Eggnog, buy a 1/2 gallon of Eggnog at the grocery store, buy a 1/5 or quart of your favorite whiskey, mix the two together, then drink up, serves two or three, maybe four.

Egg Nog

1 doz. eggs, separated
2 qts. 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream
*Optional
*3 cups whiskey
*1 cup rum

Beat yolks and honey. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and liquors. Refrigerate 24 hours. Beat egg whites with 1/3 cup sugar and fold into first mixture. Let sit 2 hours. Whip cream, fold in and adjust 1/2 & 1/2 to taste. Grate nutmeg over top and serve.

You'll need:
Cream
Eggs
Rum
Brandy
Simple sugar solution
Fresh grated Nutmeg

Chill your blender jar and blades
Assemble.
Crack three eggs into microwave safe dish. Microwave at 30% for 20 to 30 seconds. Don't let them scramble!
Add to blender jar. Add sugar solution, rum, and brandy. Blend.
Slowly add in cream, continuously blending, until light and frothy.
Don't over blend, you'll have butter.
Top with fresh grated Nutmeg.
