Soy meats are wonderful. The bocca burgers in the freezer section are the best burgers I've ever had. You can have pastas and stirfries, they have soy taco meat, chicken, lunch meats. The morningstar products are also wonderful. They have smart hot dogs, corn dogs, enchiladas ect...this list goes on and on.. I drink organic milk and eat free range eggs. I eat cheese and all other dairy products. I just don't eat anything with eyeballs.

You need to eat a variety of vegetables and fruits.
You will also need protein and you can find that in
nuts , dried beans or soy products.
Peanut butter has a lot of protein too.
unless you're going strictly vegan you can get protein from eggs and things made with milk.
Morning Star Farms has a lot of meat substitues, bacon, burgers , hot dogs, lots more.
Being vegitarian is not as hard as it sounds. It just takes time to find out which food you like best.

cut out all meat and use other ingredients instead of it in your recipes. mushrooms, chickpeas, all sorts of beans replace meat very well. if you really miss meat you can use "meat free" meat like quorn. however i've been vegetarian for almost 5 years and tried it only a couple of times only because i was curious how it tastes like.
once you get used to that you'll see that you can have most delicious food, lots of different dishes that are without meat.
nutritionwise you get protein from legumes, iron from spinach, dried fruit etc, b vitamins from dairy products or you can take a supplement.
